Ravi Krishan Chandna started his practice in the year 2008 in Delhi. In this journey, he has advised and represented various clients ranging from private entities to corporate houses, involved in various sectors ranging from power sector to hospitality industry.
Ravi specialises in handling matters related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Commercial Disputes, Banking Arbitrations (International as well as Domestic), Writ Petitions, Special Leave Petitions etc. Ravi is presently empanelled with NBCC and jointly representing the said PSU and the Union of India before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in various matters
Ravi has had the privilege of honing his legal skills in a wide range of high stake commercial matters for top notch corporate houses on subjects ranging from commercial disputes, banking matters, Arbitration etc. Ravi has been actively conducting litigation with regard to Recovery suits including Construction Contract, Summary Trials, Suit for recovery of possession of properties, Specific Performance, Mortgages, Suit arising concession agreements, sales of goods, tenders etc.
It goes without saying that owing to his extensive legal knowledge and expertise, Ravi, over the years have been actively engaged in a number of significant matters that have been reported by both the Hon’ble High Courts as well as the Apex Court.
Further, Ravi is serving as a Co-Mediator in the centres of DDRS (Govt. of Delhi) and empanelled as an Advocate at “The High Court of Delhi (Middle Income Group) Legal Aid Society”..
