Hon’ble Justice Rajesh Tandon (Retd.) is the driving source of knowledge, strength and competence behind the establishment of our firm.
Honourable Justice Rajesh Tandon started career practicing as an advocate in the year 1968. He was appointed as Senior Advocate in the year 2000. He was also appointed as Additional Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand in the year 2003. In the year 2004, he was elevated as Hon’ble Judge, High Court of Uttarakhand and got retired in the year 2008. Subsequently, in the year 2008, he was appointed as Presiding Officer, Cyber Regulation Appellate Tribunal, Delhi.
Justice Tandon has authored 4 books in law and has also been awarded presitigous Sahityik Puraskar by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Other notable positions:
Appointed as a chairman of Higher Technical Education of Uttarakhand in the year 2011.
In the year 2012, took charge as a member of Human Rights Commission, Uttarakhand.
Appointed as Chairman, Law Commission for the state of Uttarakhand in the year 2017
