Harsh has garnered expertise in the domain of corporate and commercial laws relating to Insolvency, Corporate Commercial Advisory, Recovery proceedings as well as in Dispute Resolution mandates.
Harsh started his professional journey with a litigation firm based out of New Delhi and soon thereafter commenced his own independent practice.
Harsh regularly appears before various courts and tribunals across Delhi NCR including but not limited to all the District Courts, High Court, District Consumer Commissions, State Commission, National Commission, Delhi High Court and has gained mastery in Recovery matters, Insolvency Law and Consumer Laws and has been active stimulant for achieving settlements in various contentious litigations.
Harsh has vast experience in drafting and handling Special Leave Petitions, Writ Petitions, Civil Suits, Civil Appeals,Civil Revision Petitions, Original Applications before DRT, Cyber Complaints, Press Council of India, LabourComplaints under various labour laws, Consumer Complaints, Consumer Appeals, Revisions, RERA Complaints, RERA Appeals and Criminal Complaints not only limited to Complaints under Section 138 of the
Negotiable Instruments Act etc. Harsh also has extensive experience in conducting due
diligence for corporate clients. He has advised clients on various documents such as title deeds, land records etc. Apart from the above he has also advised clients on due
diligence of corporate documents and matters pertaining to intellectual property. He is also involved in various pro-bono work involving the protection of the rights of the consumers and labours.
